DECATUR, Ga. (AP) Authorities say a man wanted for a killing in DeKalb County is in jail in California ... The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that 42-year-old Mark Rudolph Reed is being held without bond in Los Angeles and is scheduled to be extradited to DeKalb County ...
