Buckhead Water Main Break

(WSB Radio) -- Crews are trying to repair the damage from a water main break on Piedmont Road in Buckhead, but it will likely be sometime Wednesday before the road is completely reopened ... Department of Watershed Management spokeswoman Janet Ward told WSB the break in the 16-inch pipe, between Pharr Road and East Wesley, occurred late Monday night ... Ward said the extent of the damage is not yet known because water is still being pumped out and a portion of a sidewalk had collapsed.
