FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) First-round pick Sean Weatherspoon of Missouri is the Atlanta Falcons' only unsigned draft pick after the team signed wide receiver Kerry Meier ... Meier, from Kansas, was Atlanta's fifth-round pick. The 6-foot-3, 222-pound Meier had a school-record 226 career catches at Kansas ... The World Congress Center Authority, which controls the Georgia Dome parking lots, plans to raise the cost for parking from $10 to $15 to raise some needed revenue ...
